Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days for our SaaS products. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the SaaS product must be unused. Given the nature of our services and products:

  • GenAI Impact & Assessment: As this is a consulting service, no refunds will be provided once the service has been rendered.
  • Level 1-5 Chatbots: These are SaaS products and are subject to cancellation upon notice. If you wish to cancel, please provide the necessary notice as specified in your agreement.

Non-returnable Items

The following items are exempt from being returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • GenAI Impact & Assessment service, post-delivery

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any SaaS product that has been used or accessed.
  • Any item not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank; there’s often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace SaaS products if they are defective. If you encounter issues, send us an email at {email address}.

Gifts

If the SaaS product was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the product wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, the refund will go to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, email us at {email address} for instructions. You’ll be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
